Marcando actively utilizes our dossier templates, automatically setting up a folder structure for each client. This saves time and provides clear oversight. ByondFiles' sharing feature allows them to maintain a standardized folder structure with one folder shared with end customers. Internal documents, such as draft quotes, are not visible externally, but final proposals are placed in the shared folder. Using the audit trail, Marcando can see if the prospect has viewed the quote and when.
E-signing Module
Another module that Marcando enjoys using is our E-signing module. This module integrates seamlessly with Docusign. "Before working with ByondFiles, we already used Docusign, but we had to upload 'documents to be signed' to Docusign and download them again after signing, resulting in a cluttered downloads folder. Now, I can send a document for signing directly from ByondFiles, and the signed version returns automatically to my ByondFiles environment. This consolidates everything into the dossier, reducing administrative burden and creating a more complete dossier."
