Vastgoed Zebra quickly switched to ByondFiles after the company's founding. Initially, they used a traditional server, but soon realized that ByondFiles, as a document management system, was a more convenient solution.

Everything operates smoothly, with almost no intermediate steps or unnecessary clicks.” David and Mathias frequently travel to visit properties and spend increasingly less time at their computers. Sharing Files with External Parties
For Vastgoed Zebra, easily sharing files with (potential) buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and notaries is crucial. "ByondFiles makes file sharing very simple. We use a link in an email or a QR code on-site. We often send information to interested parties before a visit, ensuring they are well-informed for the visit and can more easily make an offer. The sharing feature in ByondFiles is a game-changer."
Moreover, the ability to set an expiry date for shared folders or files is very beneficial for Vastgoed Zebra. They also note that additional features, soon available in the new ByondFiles version, will be extremely useful. "It will be very interesting for us to see when a link is opened. In the future, we also want to further customize the ByondFiles environment so that everything is highly recognizable for clients and prospects."
File Structure
Thanks to the templates, we can quickly structure files for new properties. We use them for both sales and rentals.
