Include Email Traffic as Part of the Dossier
Emails often contain crucial information. Think about approvals, attachments, and agreements. Every project generates a stream of emails, turning the mailbox into a separate database with all the associated risks. Emails can be lost, agreements might not be included in the dossier, and if an employee is unavailable, critical information can be lost.
