ByondFiles Outlook

Through the mail module in ByondFiles, emails can be easily composed and documents added as attachments, but emails with attachments can also be stored in your files, convenient, right? And with a deep integration, we ensure there is a 1-to-1 reflection of your Microsoft 365 mailbox in ByondFiles.
Don't want to part with the Outlook client? No problem, because we have also created a solution for that. With the ByondFiles Outlook Addin, you can effortlessly bring the intuitive ByondFiles experience into your Outlook.
ByondFiles Microsoft 365
At ByondFiles, we not only make managing your files clear and simple, editing them is just as smooth. With the integration of the Office online suite, all Office documents can be edited within the browser, even by multiple people simultaneously.
What about other files? No problem, ByondFiles developed software that allows files, even non-Office files, to be edited locally with the software of your choice.
ByondFiles DocuSign
A contract is only a contract once it is signed! DocuSign makes it easy to have contracts and agreements signed digitally. For this, you need to use the DocuSign portal where you can upload and send documents to your clients.
With our integration, we ensure that you can easily select the files for signing in your folders and send them with one click to the client. We communicate with DocuSign and ensure that the status can be tracked within our environment as well.
ByondFiles Robaws
To establish a connection with Robaws, we developed a piece of middleware between our API and Robaws' API. This enables us to synchronize all necessary data, such as project files, employee files, and material files, with ByondFiles. The integration was fully evaluated and fine-tuned with the help of several customers to ensure it meets our customers' needs entirely. Files are automatically created, and using Robaws' webhooks, your files are kept up-to-date.

Deskmanager, SAP, custom ERP's ByondFiles
The most obvious integration between an ERP or CRM package is established when the package controls ByondFiles via our API. Files, documents, folders, tasks, metadata, etc., are created/modified/deleted in response to an action in the package. ERP/CRM-related documents are generated within the package and sent to ByondFiles, where you then get the full overview of project/client files (including shared documents, email correspondence, site photos, notes, internal documents, etc.).
The extensive and open API of ByondFiles allows anyone to load or modify all the necessary information in ByondFiles.
